Refund policy

For returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or used, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.Β 

To start a return, you can contact us at jkeiinailsbarber@gmail.com or our chat at the online store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Amount for shipping label will be deducted from refund total. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Nail Drills Machine and Nail Lamps (UV Gel & Half Moon Light) issues refer to Exchange Policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gel products (UV Gel, Rubber Base, etc.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Nail Drill Machines & Lamps (UV Gel & Half Moon Light) Exchanges Policy: We don't support Man-Made Damages. If you receive a nail drill with damages or in the first 90 days after your purchase, you find an issue with the machine the steps to be cover under the "Exchange Policy" is send an email with all details and videos to jkeiinailsbarber@gmail.com. After we review with our engineer team and find out the solution, we provide an exchange of the item once we received back the original ones. Shipping costs to return the item to our store is not cover under this policy, customer is responsible for the fees. We cover shipping fees to send you back the exchange item.Β 

RefundsΒ 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (with the exceptions of the Nail Drill Machines, for more details go to Exchanges Policy), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β
